This weekend I....

... was working, which is quite a boring issue to talk about.

... wrote my first blog post for a blog post series, which will be published tomorrow! I´m so excited :)

... I had a fantastic dinner at a beautiful restaurant in my town:

The place:

The restaurant is located in a beautiful historic building, which was used as a private residence around 1901. The building was restored to a high standard and a neat perfectly fitting winter garden was added.

The menu:

starters - wild garlic butter and quark of goat´s milk

Prosecco with raspberry syrup

„Sateé Goling“- pork in peanut sauce with basmati rice and veggies

Variety of domestic fresh water fish with watercress risotto and a foam of mustard

 

Goat´s milk Panna Cotta with a dust of strawberry and pistachio ice-cream
